  • All customized eternity flower creations are non-refundable.

    Each creation is handcrafted by our artisans using preserved flowers and delicate materials. Minor variations in color, texture, or form are natural and reflect the individuality of handmade craftsmanship. Because every piece is made exclusively for you and cannot be resold, we are unable to accept returns or refunds.

    Our designers devote great care and time to each arrangement. Requesting a refund after production begins would invalidate their work and effort. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support for handmade eternity art.

  • We accept cancellation or refund requests only under the following conditions:

    • Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund. Requests beyond this window cannot be accepted.
    • If your eternity piece arrives damaged, incomplete, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
    • Our support team will process eligible refunds within 3 business days after confirming the issue.

      Please note: All eternity creations are made to order and non-resellable. Once the crafting process has started, service fees are non-refundable.

  • If your eternity arrangement arrives damaged or with missing components, please contact us within 30 days. We’ll arrange a replacement to be shipped promptly after verification.

    To help us assess eligibility, kindly include clear photos of the item.

    We’ll complete the replacement process within 3 business days after approval.

    Please note: Replacement requests are accepted only for quality-related issues.

  • We strive to photograph and describe each eternity creation as accurately as possible.

    However, screen variations and lighting differences may cause slight color discrepancies.

    If you have questions about tones, materials, or dimensions, please contact us before placing your order.

  • Changes to design, color, or uploaded photo can be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

    Please email us your order number and the details you’d like to update.

  • High-quality photos lead to the best eternity arrangements.

    If poor image quality results in unsatisfactory printing or composition, refunds will not be available.
